STANDARD PHOTO REQUIREMENT

All photos of the car must be sent in on a standard 35 mm print. Polaroids or slides will not be accepted. It is recommended that a first choice and a second choice be sent to assure the best quality. Purchaser assumes the responsibility for the quality of the photo taken and the effect it has on the final results.

DIGITAL PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

We except digital photo files that are 1200 X 960 pixels or greater. (Note the larger the the pixel count the shaper the photo) This size allows us to get a good printing results for small through medium sizes. Save files in jpeg file format. If you are looking for a large trading card please call before sending.

Please Note: If you are using a professional racing photographer, a signed
photo release is required. Call or download a photo release form.

PHOTO TIPS

It is recommended that the photograph of the car fill the frame of the picture and that it be printed on a glossy or luster photographic paper. A badly exposed photo means you will receive a poor final product. Over-exposed or under-exposed photographs will result in a dark or light photo on the card. For best results always take a photograph with the sun to your back. A 3x5 inch photograph is fine but a 5x7 inch photograph is better for reproducing the image. Look for a nice clean background when taking photograph. ie. trees, wall, enclosed trailer, etc.

CARD PROOFING

We e-mail or fax a proof of the front and back of the card. The customer is required to read all material and look for spelling or graphic errors. The card proof is then e-mails or faxes back the changes. If the card is correct a OK is given in by e-mail or by fax.
