Product Pricing
We have a unique pricing policy... All prices shown in this catalog include the artwork, printing and UPS ground shipping. Printing for all products ranges between 2 to 6 days, with most shipping in 3 days or less.

New Clients...
All new clients are required to complete our new customer form that includes such things as mailing and shipping address, along with other important information.
Ordering...
We ask that you give us a call to discuss your project. We prefer personal contact when it comes to finding out your needs. If you need help deciding which product is best for your race track, we can help with that.
Submitting Material...
We ask that you submit your copy by e-mail. We can open almost any file format and will rework your material to fit the project... All photos and logos that are needed to complete the job are also asked to be submitted. We will determine if photos or graphics will work for printing and give you time to drop or replace said photo or graphic.
Rush Orders...
We will do our best to meet your deadlines. If you are in a hurry, we understand and will do our best to make sure you have product in hand for your opening night or big event. Sometimes an additional cost may be required to meet that deadline.
Proofing...
Once artwork is completed, a proof will be e-mailed to client. We ask that you review all layout elements and check and recheck the spelling and dates, Client artwork will be proof- read here, but you know your dates and sponsors better than we do. The price included in this catalog includes up to six proofs per project; more than six proofs could require extra billing on a case-by-case basis. Generally once material is submitted, a proof will be sent out in no more than 3 days.
Payment...
A deposit of $300 or valid credit card will be required before a project is started. An invoice will be e-mailed before the product or service is completed (invoice will be mailed upon request). Your credit card will be billed on or one day before the product is shipped. This is to avoid any delays that might occur with the credit card processing.
Credit Cards... 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
Billing Vs Credit Card...
Before the product or services are complete, a payment must arrive before the product is shipped or service is completed and must be guaranteed with credit card before invoicing can occur. (Not responsible for delays because of billing.)
Non-Completion Of Project...
Once artwork is generated and a proof is sent, if there is no response from the client after 15 days, client’s credit card will be billed for $75 for time spent.
Shipping...
All completed projects will be shipped UPS or FED-X ground with shipping no longer than 3 days to most locations. Rarely will shipping be longer than 3 days but there is no guarantee. If faster shipping is requested, client will be billed for the difference.
